History of shaping of the Hotel

In 1993, the project for building A Chau Hotel was approved and commenced. It is the Golf 3 hotel at present on the location of Langbian hotel at the heart of Da Lat city, with the scope of the works as a modern hotel of international standard, with the complete service system, 7 storeys high, including 78 bedrooms, total area of building at 1,600m2. With the modern and harmonious design of architecture in the complex of architecture space of Da Lat. The hotel which has been built is an emphasis point for ameliorating the beauty by nature for the city

Achievements

Having been appraised and evaluated by an international organization – The International Hotel Association - in Germany to the hotels of international hotels, in which this Association has consulted the opinions from many visitors and customers who have highly appreciated the work of management, style of outstanding and prominent services of the Golf 3 Hotel for awarding the prize, and has also recognized Golf 3 Hotel as the 1st class member of the Association.
Having been praised and selected as a unique enterprise for making a typical report on its achievements in ensuring the public order and security and preventing and fighting against social evils.
In many consecutive years from year 2003 to 2005, the hotel has been recognized as the Green Hotel by the City People’s Committee.
Winning the 1st prize in the contest “Cuisine Art” on the occasion of 110 years of formation and development of Dalat.
In May, 2005, the Golf 3 Hotel was selected as a typical hotel of 2005, awarded by the Trade and Tourism Department of Lam Dong.
Having been acknowledged as “ Top ten hotels of Vietnam in 2005” by the General Department of Tourism at Decision No: 192/QĐ TCDL dated 31 May, 2002 and having been further recognized the 2nd time in 2004 at Decision No 30/QĐ-HHDL dated 3 July, 2005 by the General Department of Tourism and Vietnam Tourism Association.
